All orders are checked before shipping and carefully packaged for safe delivery and integrity. We love to give our client a good emotions, because or goal is not to sale product, but to make a happy, creative and special community, so we send our products in special boxes, which are limited with our designs, every month we drop a new package design, you can check the box information in the cart page, it will be add automatically after adding a products to the cart (Box will be add if the cart amount total is more than 50$). The Boxes quantity is depends on how many products fit in there (Usually it is 1 box for 1 hoodie, 2 boxes for 2 hoodie and so on)
Production time may take up to 12 business days, during which time the order will be manufactured and shipped to the address you specified.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In case the package is sent back to us, we will notify you of the incorrect address. Returns & Replacements

RETURN POLICY
All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed:
– Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.
– Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
– Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
– Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the receiving date, and item(s) must be shipped back within 3 days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may be sent back to you.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
